Theory and process of Metal Injection Molding

Using extrudability and mouldability of plastic,  powder molding material from hopper send high temperature inside machine barrel to heating plastic, make it flow melt, driven it by pressure of screw, with high speed through nozzle of machine barrel injection to lower temperature closed mold inside,after cooling and design time,the mold cavity will prolapse a certain shape and dimension plastic parts when you open the mold.
