Nowadays the average usage of powder metallurgy parts used on per automobile just only 5-6kg,considering the factors of energe saving and emmision reducing,more and more manufacturers in domestic China would adopt powder metallurgy technology to produce auto parts,including shock absorber parts,guide apparatus parts and pistons on automotive chassis system; ABS sensors,brake block parts on braking system;Oil burning pump parts,fuel pump parts,transmission pump parts on pumps system;Conduit parts,ring parts,connecting rod parts,bearing pedestal parts and VVT key spare parts;Synchronization hubs and planetary gear carrier parts and so on.
As the requirement of energe saving and emmision reducing is stricter and stricter,more and more high precision metal parts would be produced by powder metallurgy technology,so the scale of powder metallurgy parts would be larger and larger,especially auto parts,many car company would produce the auto parts by powder metallurgy technology as the excellent mechanical properities and low prodution cost.So one side,we are optimistic to face the rare opportunity,the other side,all the domestic powder metallurgy manufacturers should enhance the management skill and invest the better equipment,otherwise,we would not have any competition force to compete with the oversea powder metallurgy manufacturers.
