But as far as we known,the manufacturing situation of high-end parts in domestic China is backward,so the goverment has offered many supporting measures for powder metallurgy industry,especially metal injection molding technology,so more and more manufacturers are focusing on the research of MIM.In near two decades,our metal injection molding technicians created a better condition to breakthrough the MIM technology and captured the binder and debinding system technology,at the same time,they captured the feedstock liquidity and injection technology and sintering technology ans so on.
So with the supporting of relative departments of goverment,the metal powder producing technlogy,high precision molding design and machining technology and parts surface treatment technology has been innovated and developed constanly.Thus the excellent outcomes could not only fill the blank area of metal injection molding process in domestic China,but also could push the rapid development of metal injection molding industry.So according to the incomplete statistic report,nowadays there are more than 10 manufacturers in domestic China who is doing both the researching and producing of MIM technology,and the MIM parts are widely used on machinary,electronic,automobile,household appliance,medical instrument and military industry and so on.
